Joe Brewer was a Nationals winner in the 70's with a modified 850 Mini, and made his comeback in 86 with this Nissan powered Class 5 Mini. Joe's daughter Tracey Aldridge is also a Nationals winner and his grandson is now racing in the juniors using Joe's famous S27D number.
Brother of Roger, this is Anthony 'Hank' Bown in the Russ Tyler car which rumour had it was used on a rental basis from Russ. It had several owners afterwards including Minispares North proprieter Neil Booth and Class 4 man Alan Parker. It's now still going in the hands of SR326 Ben Hardman 23 years after it was built by Mr Tyler!

It's a Yorkshire Rover V8 Class 10 that was built by the late Roger Gale, father of Sue Harrison ex Y35 and the late Mandy Thompson Y19.   This picture is of Nick Stanton who bought it off Roger. The unsilenced exhausts came off Barry Glendenning's Class 10 after he switched to Cosworth GA power.
