During the late eighties and early nineties several grassers ventured abroad to race on the Belgian circuit of Ingelmunster. Under the guidance of ex-grasser and Llandow promoter Len Levics who raced his Hot Rod there every month during the summer, well known grassers such as Terry Brown, Spam, Peter Williams, Viv Cole, Terry Moore, Keith Iles, Andy Lee and Mike Deeley were to make the long trip to try racing 'European style'. The track at Inglemunster was all tarmac with some twisty left and right hand turns. The competition was mainly Belgian and Dutch Hot Rod type cars, and Porsche engined 'buggy' type specials. They were all very quick and even gave Terry Brown a good run!
